The Role: We are looking for a highly motivated Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing retailer relationships across the North of England, selling a full range of bicycle and cycling accessories including helmets, clothing, gloves, lights, locks, speedometers etc. In addition to managing relationships, you will also need to be comfortable presenting new products and technology to store owners and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

Consistently achieve monthly sales targets
Visit customers at least once a month
Prospect, identify and nurture your own outbound pipeline
Identify a growth strategy with your customers
Be the cycle expert and be abreast of the competition
Book your own appointments and manage your time effectively
Journal plan to ensure minimal time in the car
Introduce new brands and products to your independent customer base

We are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

A strong Account Management track record
Experience of selling non-food products into the independent retail channel
Must have a keen interest in cycling
Results oriented and independent, you must be focused on securing, retaining and growing a profitable account base
A strong communicator with well-developed presentation, negotiation and rapport-building skills

Candidate Location: You must live along the M62 / M6 corridor

Salary: £(phone number removed) OTE £45,000 (uncapped) with a mobile phone, Laptop, pension and a company car
