Your new company
You will be working for an adult social care provider who are dedicated to inspiring people in England and Wales to live independently and build the life they want to live. They aim to assist vulnerable adults with integration into a community as well as teaching them skills that promote self-support. Your new role
As Team Leader you will be required to provide high quality care and support which meets the physical, emotional, intellectual, social and cultural needs of the service users. You will be based in one of the complex supported living sites in Sale You will be supporting adults with varying mental health, learning disabilities and challenging behaviours. You must be fully flexible to work full time hours (37.5pw) without any restrictions.
What you'll need to succeed
It essential you have previous experience of working with adults within learning disabilities and autism. Furthermore, you will ideally be an enthusiastic, committed and resilient individual who wants to make a difference by working as part of a team to support adults in the community to achieve positive outcomes.
