Teaching Assistant for Communication, Language and Phonics Interventions
Nursery to Year 2 Role
Required for September 2021

The applicant needs to be committed to ensuring the highest standards in children's education by working as part of a highly effective team to ensure that all pupils make good progress and achieve well in all areas of communication, phonics and reading.

Successful applicants must be:

willing and able to work alongside a range children, some of whom may have Special Educational Needs and/or Disabilities (SEND).
able to work alongside the teachers and leaders to plan and deliver personalised interventions that allow all children to access a high quality curriculum, with the ultimate goal of the children reaching the expected standards of speech, language, phonics and reading by the end of KS1.
have experience or interest in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and Key Stage 1 (KS1).
will have the children at the heart of everything that they do and a passion for continued professional development.
applicants must have at least 2 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grade C or above including English and Maths.The role is to start as Temporary but can be permanent for the right candidate!
