Job Overview

Our client is a market-leading company within their industry and they are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join their team. The role will be 25 hours per week and will be office based. Full training will be provided. 
What we are looking for We are looking for someone to join the Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition Assistant within our People department and they will be at the very heart of the team! You will be based at the headquarters in Manchester.
This person will:

Learn about the different skills and experience that we look for across the roles in our business.
Assist with reviewing candidates and gain insight into how to attract the best people for our roles. 
Schedule interviews and over time, keep our applicant tracking system up to date.
With support and guidance, look after our social media accounts and advertise roles.
Complete administration tasks for the team to help keep everything run smoothly. What will you get?

You'll develop an understanding of what Talent Acquisition is and the role it plays in helping bring the right people into our business.
You'll develop many skills: communication (written and verbal), attention to detail, listening, organisation, teamwork and relationship-building to name a few! As well as this, you will have:

Regular meetings with your Manager.
Regular feedback on your work from colleagues so you can learn and adapt.
A buddy to support you when you join and throughout your time with us.
Informal catch-ups with the HR Emerging Talent Lead.
Training and development support from us and from the Prince's Trust, youth employability experts, to build your skills for the working world and your future! What are we looking for?
Do you have an interest in Human Resources and would like to learn more about Talent Acquisition? If so, then this could be the role for you. 

We’d love someone with a “can-do”, positive attitude that likes to work in a team and build relationships with others.
You should feel comfortable working to tight deadlines with the support of the team and not afraid to ask questions or try new things!
​​​​​​​We're looking for someone with good communication skills (written and verbal) and considers themselves are friendly and approachable!
We're not looking for specific academic knowledge or work experience. 
Basic computer skills and some knowledge of Microsoft will be needed
