Supported Housing Team Leader

Job Overview

Eden Brown are seeking a highly efficient and experienced Supported Housing Team Leader/Manager on a 2-3 month temporary contract situated in Oldham

To work as the senior member of a team delivering move on support to 23 rough sleepers accessing the Oldham A Bed Every Night service. You will be part of a team accepting referrals in the service, ensuring people are signed up and move in on the same day, giving daily occupancy updates to the local council and working with them and other services to ensure a partnership approach.

The Supported Housing Team Leader role is responsible for ensuring the effective and safe management of the service on a day to day basis. You will hold line management responsibility for a number of staff, volunteers and possibly students on placement, and hold responsibility for the safety and wellbeing of all clients, volunteers, visitors and staff in the service.

You will ensure your team work swiftly to ascertain the status and entitlements of clients, liaise with other professionals as needed and record all actions, outcomes and targets using data inputting tool.

You will ensure all team members have supervision every four weeks, you will support management in weekly team meetings and you will attend any networking events and meetings as needed.

The role will involve earlys, evenings and occasional weekends
