Support Administrator

Job Overview

SF Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Support Administrator to be based with one of their clients in Oldham. This role will be responsible for supporting with all day to day administration for one of the clients regional deisgn offices.

Day to day duties will include:

General Office Administration
Answering incoming calls and redirect as appropriate
Responding to incoming sales e-mails as appropriate
Welcoming visitors to the office
Facilitating meetings
Ensuring all office resources are maintained
Booking in all new jobs and allocating workload
Maintaining the workload spreadsheets
Supporting with onboarding new starters
Arranging travel for any office staff

The successful candidate for this role should have excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own workload. It is essential that you have previous administration experience and you IT literate across Microsoft Office Programmes
