Gi Group are currently Recruiting for a Experienced Stock Planner to work for our Professional client based in Tameside. This is a key role Our Client is looking for a candidate that is dedicated to there work and is willing to put themselves in the customers shoes. It is essential that the suitable candidate has problem solving experience. Although this role is office based, it would be advantageous for the suitable candidate to have knowledge of warehouse and stock management systems. Duties of the role will include:
Managing stock levels (booking material in and out)
Ordering new materials
Manage incoming calls with suppliers and customers
Generate sales leads
Meeting personal and customer targets
Providing accurate information
Growing knowledge of all brands and products to understand customer needs.
The ideal Candidate must have:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proven Customer service experience
High level of computer literacy
Good with Numbers
Experience of managing budgets
Experience with stock Management systems
Great communication
Professionalism, Commitment and dedication is expected.
