Job Overview

Service Desk Analyst – North West – Remote – 2 Months – Immediate Start Harvey Nash are proud to work with a fantastic client based in the North West, who are growing at a rapid pace and currently progressing through a large-scale digital transformation. We are currently looking for 2 experienced and personable Service Desk Analysts available for an immediate start, on a short-term contract basis. * Drive high levels of customer service and satisfaction. * Manage Incidents and Service Requests assigned via the Service Desk toolset, ensuring SLA and KPI compliance. * Provide remote and hands-on support for all end user computing software and devices * Ensure excellent verbal and written communications are applied at all times. * Ensure appropriate and up-to-date documentation is maintained at all times. * Adhere to internal processes and procedures. * Identify areas of improvement. * Action and complete any other tasks assigned by your manager.
