WasteRecruit are pleased to be supporting a leader in the circular economy in recruiting a Senior Sales Manager.
The role will help the company to reach its regional customer acquisition, volume and revenue growth targets by successfully leading, coaching and mentoring the Depot sales teams and driving a sales and customer ethic. This growth is critical to the companies plans and the successful applicant will be required to deliver stretching objectives for duel depots via the depot teams.
Candidates will need to enjoy being out on site, asking questions to identify customer needs and opportunities. They should have a selling process that demonstrates a focus on understanding the customer and maximising sales. They will be able to build relationships, and be able to share a clear vision that customers can buy into. Candidates will need to deliver, with a strong sales background and an eye for detail that ensures that there are no inconsistencies that will impact upon contract performance or profitability.
The role will have responsibility for two sales managers, with a focus on securing tonnage and volume for two depots. The ideal candidate will have an awareness of the total waste management model, ensuring contracts provide additional opportunities that tie in with the circular economy model
