As an aggressively growing recruitment business, we are currently recruiting for talented and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant's to join the team. This is a full-time, permanent position based in our modern and lively office in Manchester's Northern Quarter.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will work closely with the Team Manager to undertake the profitable delivery of full 360 recruitment services within our permanent healthcare division. You will provide an excellent service to candidates and clients, as well as coaching and supporting more junior colleagues and/or lead on account management for the division.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for:

Managing your own desk and the entire recruitment process from beginning to end
Building a strong understanding of your market
Providing excellent levels of customer service by understanding the requirements of the role and ensuring it is suitably matched to the candidate
Promoting the company's services to clients, targeting new, lapsed and current clients through calls and networking to obtain vacancies and make placements in-line with specified targets
Taking the lead in account management of clients to build strong relationships to generate repeat and exclusive business opportunities
Sourcing candidates via a range of techniques including; headhunting, referrals, using the internal database, applications, job boards and social media
Creating, maintaining and developing a network of candidates within your niche area
Screening, interviewing and assessing candidates in-line with your client's requirements
Working collaboratively with all functions within the business and external stakeholders
Working closely with your Team Manager in order to understand the financial objectives of your own desk and your KPI's
Using a variety of sales techniques in order to achieve success and close sales
Negotiating, persuading and influencing in order to achieve the best outcome
Coaching and mentoring junior colleagues and upskilling them in the core aspects of the role

As an ideal candidate for this role you will be:

A proven track record of success in a recruitment business
