Our client is a hugely exciting growing retail business, and as part of their international growth we are looking for a Senior Marketing Executive. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will support the planning and delivery of that the brand marketing strategy and resulting tactics via trend forecasting, creative brand marketing and careful planning.
Campaign strategy planning and management for global integrated marketing campaigns, including KPI setting, budgeting and evaluation
Co-ordinate cross functional teams in activation of marketing campaigns to ensure campaigns are consistent in tone of voice, message, art direction and sentiment across all channels and markets
Lead the development of trend and customer insights, proactively identifying and sharing relevant trends, insights, external resources and reports from a breadth of sources with the wider business to inform strategy and activation
Be an internal ambassador for customer profile ensuring the customer is always the central consideration and is kept up to date with changes in customer behaviour
Facilitate and conduct consumer research and validation to meet business briefs
Work with stakeholders across the business, in particular the brand to ensure all activity meets commercial and brand building objectives
Perform competitive analysis and identify gaps and opportunities in the marketplace
Ensure that all activity is impactful and measurable, with tracking in place to capture learnings that can be applied to future work
Act as an ambassador to the brand team ensuring successes and learnings are showcased in the business
Proven track record of coordinating and delivering multiple projects
Internal & external stakeholder management
Ability to conduct and deliver research
Ability to adapt to changing needs of business
Awareness of sector and non-sector competitor set
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Agency and third-party supplier management and identification
Ability and ambition to develop and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders and colleagues
Will feel confident in using their initiative
Organised and process driven approach to work
Committed to working as part of a team and eager to grow

A commercial mind-set with a strong understanding of the importance of marketing
