Senior HR Administrator

Job Overview

Badenoch + Clark are looking to recruit a temporary HR Administrator to deliver an accurate, customer focused and proactive HR administration service.

Duties:
Undertake HR administration in line with legislation and company policy and procedures.
Undertake end to end administrative processes, managing all relevant checks, escalating any risks to manager.
Maintain all necessary employee records, ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality at all times.
Utilise HR Systems for maximum efficiency and a positive customer experience.
Monitor and process HR Services invoices and manage issues direct with suppliers and Finance.
Ensure that HR physical and electronic workspaces are maintained and data is secure.

Requirements:
Must have good customer services skills.
Must have good Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, Excel skill.
Must have previous experience working within a HR team.
