Senior Development Project Manager
Salary: £42,919 – £52,455

Reporting to the Development Programme Manager, the Senior Development Project Manager’s key responsibilities, as an experienced member of the team, is to project manage the delivery of projects to agreed time, cost and quality parameters whilst actively supporting the identification of new development opportunities to assist the organisation in meeting growth targets.
About the role:
You will ensure the responsibilities of the post are carried out in a way that reflects the standards, vision and values of Great Places to allow you to deliver value for money and manage resources effectively and efficiently, ensuring that targets (financial and non-financial) are met.
You’ll be responsible for the delivery of projects within the organisations development programme to agreed time, cost and quality parameters, while actively supporting the organisation’s growth ambitions including the identification and negotiation of new business opportunities. As part of this role you will deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders including customers, internal colleagues and external partners.
To be successful in this role you must have 2 years previous experience of end to end delivery of large multi tenure sites in a property development role with a track record of delivery on time, on budget and to high quality standards.
It would be beneficial to the role if you have prior knowledge of the property development process, the built environment, principles of good design and housing market dynamics, accompanied with an understanding of building contract procurement and contract management.
