This role demands a motivated and talented Sales Manager with exceptional drive, a strong focus on financial controls and a total commitment to managing an established sales team, and provide initiatives to deliver outstanding customer service levels. 


About You:

You will need to be an outstanding leader who will already have achieved exceptional performance in their current role and now wants the next important and challenging step on their career path. To be successful you will need to be financially astute, proactive and have a proven track record of achieving results through effective team working. You will undoubtedly be an experienced people manager with a passion for building excellent customer satisfaction whilst driving forward profitable business expansion. The successful candidate will be able to enhance the current team by providing support, coaching and motivation to them. In addition, you will demonstrate excellent communication skills at all levels combined with an eye for detail and a strong entrepreneurial spirit.
