Sales Executive Role Responsibilities
*Be inspired and motivated by a leading sales management team supporting your ambition and helping you build on your motivation.
*Be the main point of contact between the client and their customers; helping to support them through their car-buying journey to ensuring the best outcome is always reached.
*Being pro-active with your pipeline by maintaining contact with customers, suppliers, and lenders.
*Proactively making a high volume of calls to the customers, dealerships, and lenders daily.
*Meeting and exceeding sales targets on a weekly and monthly basis. This will include self- management of daily KPIs.
*Being up to date on the latest in-house technology and processes, alongside lender products.
*Ensuring your calls are compliant and adhere to FCA regulations, keeping your customer fully informed is crucial.
*Working within a tight knit team, you will provide assistance and support to other team members as required.
Sales Executive Role Requirements
*The ideal candidate would have 12 months+ sales experience in a high activity sales environment.
*Experienced gained from the automotive industry is preferred, but not required.
*A strong communicator with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders effectively and efficiently.
*A positive and resilient attitude individual who will consistently perform at a high level to meet and exceed targets
*The ability to convert high quality leads from major partnerships within the industry
*An individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target driven environment, without compromising on quality of delivery.
*Committed to putting the customer first and comfortable adhering to FCA regulatory requirements
*Great attention to detail and highly organised.
*Attentive and receptive – listens to and learns from customers, focused on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Sales Executive unrivalled benefits
*You will enjoy a base salary of £22,000 with realistic earnings of £50,000 uncapped.
*28 days holiday (inclusive of bank holidays), increasing based on years on service up to 35 days.
*In addition, you will also be entitled to your birthday off.
