We are currently recruiting for Telephone Sales Executive for an ever-growing FinTech business based in their brand-new offices in Manchester.
This role has NO COLD CALLING and is all warm leads!
As a Sales Executive you will be responsible for ensuring the customer has the best possible experience by pro-actively responding to customer enquiries, supporting requests of updates to information, and working with the rest of the business to provide positive customer outcomes at every juncture.
The Ideal Candidates will have the following;
TelephoneSales Executive experience – B2B is preferred, B2C will be considered.
Excellent customer service skills
Be able to meet and exceed targets, utilising your skills and experience in converting leads and enquiries.
The confidence to manage suppliers and partners, but also have the confidence to challenge them when they feel they are not treating our business or customers fairly.
Financial Sales Executive experience
The ability tocommunicate in a clear manner, negotiate intelligently and to remain calm under pressure.
People who have been successful as Telephone Sales Executive have come from FCA Regulatedsectors such as;
Banking and payments.
General insurance and protectionincluding medical, pet, home, car & life insurance.
wholesale financial markets
