Job Overview
We have an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Sales Advisor / Telesales Executive to join our client’s team for a 6-month contract in Salford under the Kickstart Scheme.

The Role
The role of Sales Advisor / Telesales Executive is a telephone-based sales role. You’ll receive full product knowledge training on the future life planning products and services including Wills, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Funeral Plans and types of Life Insurance.
Through coaching and training, you will learn various sales and telesales techniques, including how to deal with customer objections, and develop excellent communication skills to become confident in taking control of and directing conversations. You will also learn how to be supportive, customer focused and empathic with our client’s potential customers.
As Sales Advisor your responsibilities will include:
Making outbound calls and receiving inbound calls
Calling using opted-in data and qualifying leads to be passed on to clients / third parties
Keeping databases up to date
About You
As Sales Advisor / Telesales Executive, previous sales experience is not essential but would be beneficial. The ideal candidate for this role will have a professional approach, be very enthusiastic and willing to learn to develop their skills.
Hours & Rewards
As Sales Advisor / Telesales Executive, you will work 25 hours per week from Monday to Friday and there is a salary on offer of £6.56 to £8.91 per hour.
