We are currently looking for a hardworking, organised, personable individual to join our Resourcing Team where you will support the Recruitment Consultants by attracting a high calibre of healthcare and social work candidates to our agency. As a Resourcing Assistant, you will be responsible for;

Posting job advertisements on to the Liquid Personnel website and external job websites, ensuring they are well-written, accurate and appealing
Screening applications to identify suitable candidates
Adding and updating candidate records on the database
Using CV databases and other sources to find suitable candidates for our vacancies
Ensuring the highest levels of accuracy and customer service are maintained throughout all communication and interactions with candidates
Supporting with and contributing to email marketing activities
Building positive working relationships with the sales teams and the rest of the business

Required skills or experience:

Previous administrative or customer service work experience
Organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
Good written communication with excellent spelling and grammar
Good verbal communication skills
Professional and hardworking attitude
Team player, demonstrating positivity and enthusiasm
Applies high standards to their own work and wants to excel
Desire to learn, improve and take on new skills
