We are currently seeking a Permanent part Time Receptionist for a client in the Sale Area.
This opportunity would suit an experienced and highly organised Front of House Manager with a good understanding of facilities and engaging with businesses and the wider community
Meeting and greeting all visitors to the building to ensure a warm welcome and following visitor reception processes
Ensuring the reception area presents well acting as the single point of contact for site
Managing deliveries, including couriers and post
Reporting any building issues and closely liaising with the off-site building management team
Managing contractors and ensure any maintenance issues are managed to resolution.
You will ensure any vacant office space is kept pristine and support letting agents marketing the spaceWorking hours are Monday, Tuesday 07.45 to 17.00 and Wednesday 07.45 – 12.45
