Permanent job for a commercial property manager looking after properties in the North West.
Your new company
A property management company with over 5000 rental spaces across the UK. They work closely with their tenants and make sure that the spaces are fit for purpose, these can be restaurants, bars, MOT garages, bakeries, leisure spaces – axe throwing, climbing walls etc.
Your new role
In this role you will be working out of Manchester office looking after properties across the North West – majority of which will be around Chester, Warrington an Liverpool. You will divide your time between working from the office, home and doing site visits. This is a front line, customer focused role where you will liaise with the tenants on daily basis. You will be working in the Property and FM team delivering great customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have previous experience working either client or consultancy side, looking after commercial sector properties. You will be a personable individual with great communication an relationship building skills to make sure tenants are happy and kept up to date.
