Performance Manager

Job Overview

We have a new opportunity for a Performance Manager to join our team based in Stockport. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £26,000 – £35,000 per annum plus performance/profit related bonus.

Juniper is an independent established training provider who have been assisting young people to move forward and achieve for 35 years. Delivering Traineeships, Study Programmes and Apprenticeships we help young people across the country to take positive steps forward in their lives.

As our Performance Manager, you will:

– Manage the training centre to meet/exceed performance outcomes and financial targets

– Manage, motivate & develop centre based staff

– Ensure an excellent learning experience for all students

– Safeguard the welfare of all students, preventing radicalisation and promoting British Values

Key responsibilities as our Performance Manager will be to:

– Facilitate an excellent working environment, retain a stable workforce and manage staff in a manner consistent with our values

– Effectively deploy resources to ensure targets are met or exceeded

– Encourage and facilitate excellent team, inter-departmental and cross centre relationships

– Effectively communicate – using appropriate methods

– Ensure an excellent learning experience for all Juniper’s students

– Contribute to business development by raising the profile of Juniper and building strong external relationships

– Ensure requirements of awarding and funding bodies are adhered to and internal procedures followed

– Adhere to employment law and follow guidelines and processes in respect of staff management

– Work within budgets set
