JOB TITLE – PERFORMANCE MANAGER
SALARY – £25K-£35K
LOCATION – MANCHESTER
ABOUT THE ROLE –
You will own and manage all aspects of the agency's digital accounts across all networks/channels with added focus on the department growth.
As a Performance Manager you will be responsible for planning/strategy and reporting on successful media campaigns across biddable partners such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and more. You will be responsible for analysing and presenting results comprehensively to internal teams and clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide actionable insights & recommendations to optimize digital platforms conversion and increase Digital ROI
Drive the relationship with our channel reps to provide new/innovative solutions for our clients, as well as new measurement opportunities & data analysis.
Define & deploy reporting strategies & framework
Define & deploy working processes with internal & external stakeholders
Create and implement an acquisition marketing plan across core digital channels
Display a helpful and positive attitude with a flexible attitude towards responsibilities
Proactive, entrepreneurial, self-motivated and enthusiastic about the landscape
Agile and able to prioritise tasks whilst keeping perspective on the wider picture
Excellent knowledge of all social networks and an understanding of PPC
Strategic mind and business acumen
Excellent time management and ability to multitask
Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
Demonstrate strong attention to detail
Comfortable with producing content and presenting it to the subject matter
QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience as a PPC or Paid Social Manager
Similar Agency role would be ideal
Google AdWords and Analytics certified a plus
