Payouts Administrator

Job Overview

Our client in the Motor Finance Industry are looking to recruit a Payouts Administrator to join their current team on a Permanent basis. Ideally this person would have had recent exposure to Motor Industry but the isn't essential if the following responsibilities are where your experiences lay;

Preparing finance deals by reviewing & validating customer and car dealership. documentation; Ensuring the customer meets affordability and KYC criteria.
Communicating with external Brokers and Dealers in regard to the return of appropriate documentation.
Adherence to policy and FCA regulations with completion of Anti Money Laundering fraud checks.
Comprehensive understanding of motor finance industry including HP and PCP loans.
Working within service levels.
Maintain confidentiality in all actions and activities undertaken.
Identify and escalate any suspicious & fraudulent activity.
Maintain appropriate compliance and knowledge including the Data Protection Act & Money Laundering and KYC.

The working hours for this position are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday including weekend working on rotation; 9am – 6pm Monday to Friday and 9am – 5pm Saturday.
