This service provide service to any adult with an identified health or social care need, including people with complex mental health needs, learning disabilities, living with dementia as well as older people and carers.

The team also support people who fund their own care and support to promote choice and wellbeing.

Staff Nurse Skills and responsibilities
Monitoring blood sugar levels and IV
Wound management
Administering oxygen
Putting together treatment plans
Overseeing a team of care assistants
Liaising with GP and multi-disciplinary team

Staff Nurse Requirements
Hold a relevant nursing qualification
