Multiskilled Gas and Plumbing Engineer
Department: UK – Engineering
Location: Wigan
Contract length: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week
Salary: up to £33,000 annually

A Mobile Multiskilled Gas and Plumbing Engineer position based in Wigan and covering the surrounding areas. Tasks will include carrying out day-to-day maintenance activities including PPM & reactive requests as directed by the help desk or contract supervisor.

You will be working for a leading facilities management company who specialises in a wide range of services. They manage and maintain various national landmarks, high street buildings, government sites, hospitals and banks.

Your new role
You will be offered a permanent role with the company. You will be responsible for maintaining all gas and plumbing equipment within the buildings, carrying out pre-planned maintenance in line with its scheduled date along with carrying out reactive maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed
The Mobile Commercial Gas Engineer will need experience of maintenance, testing & fault finding in a variety of equipment such as gas appliances, gas boilers, and plumbing experience. You will also need a valid gas safe registration, relevant commercial gas qualifications including: COCN1, CCN1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, CODNCO1 and a full UK Driving License
