Job Overview
Our client is a major M&E contractor delivering projects nationwide. And a result of a recent project win we are looking to recruit a mechanical project manager to run a major scheme on the outskirts of Manchester. The position is a site based, non working role. The works mainly cover standard mechanical services, HVAC, piping and plumbing.
The successful applicant will meet the following criteria:
Mechanically biased project manager
Experience leading major M&E schemes
Mechanically qualified, have risen up through the ranks from a trades role
SSSTS as a minimum
Ideally have first aid and health and safety qualifications
Comfortable working with clients and managing subcontractors
Happy leading meetings and giving briefings
You must be IT literate
Must have own laptop
Full driving license
Happy to be based in the Manchester areaThis position is a temporary role currently due to run until September, but way well run on thereafter.
