If so, this is a great opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading recruitment brands you will be responsible for strategy, concept and implementation of valuable sales content to attract clients – offering bespoke experiences tailored to them. As Sales and Marketing Manager you will control the creative writing process to ensure our propositions and campaigns stand out and deliver results against targets.
This will be a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. The salary will be £38kp/a Pro-rata. The role is working from home, with an expectation to come into the Manchester office once per week.
Bid Responsibilities Include:
Assist the Operations and Sales team within our recruitment brands to develop effective bid submissions
Liaise with our network of subject matter experts to position our services and build effective bid pitches.
Lead and facilitate solution session workshop with Bid Team members
Establish the flow and required content of the ‘sales story’
Identify and re-work existing pre-written content where relevant
Deliver high-quality responses for approval in a timely fashion, escalating issues as required
Prepare presentations that are cohesive and coherent to bids submitted
Write some client-specific content for bid responses
Marketing Responses Include:
Create inbound marketing strategies to meet sales goals
Drive awareness and promotion of all recruitment services
Supports more efficient selling and funnel management
Build and manage a content calendar that is designed to attract a targeted audience (blog posts, whitepapers, ebooks, reports, webinars, infographics, etc.)
Grow new leads by converting online traffic
Continually look for new ways to generate leads and attract pipeline clients
Conceptualise and implement marketing automation and lead nurturing processes through email, dynamic content, marketing collateral and social channels.
Report on our inbound marketing activity to influence future campaigns (engage and convert)
Conduct customer, competitor and market research
Propose new and improved inbound marketing campaign ideas
Be prepared and available to support across the full marketing and communications mix
