Marketing Manager, Salford, £35,000 – £45,000 based on experience

This business is growing quickly and they have an ambitious plan that includes acquisition and the broadening of their service offering, so they urgently need someone who can align marketing strategy with their business goals. They want to build an award-winning, high performing team but they need the right person to kick it all off.
They need you to not only build the strategy but work alongside the current agency partner to create and deliver engaging multi-channel marketing plans to address customer needs at every point in the customer journey through social, SEO, PPC and CRM campaigns.
If you have experience in both digital and traditional marketing, you’ll know what good marketing campaign and delivering ROI looks like. You’ll be able to spot good content from a distance, (and write it yourself where needed) and use it across not just the campaigns but also within bids and tenders supporting the BD team. More than that, we want strong stakeholder management skills, this is a new function so you need to communicate well, gain buy-in, influence and sell the potential of a strong marketing engine.
Experience in Financial Services and/or a marketing agency is desirable, but not essential
