The role in few words is to act as the single point of contact for their national and international customers on a daily basis. Specifically, you offer the customers a professional and excellent level of service and keep them updated with the progress of their shipments.
You work to build and develop customer relationships; resolve issues and liaise with commercial and operational colleagues to ensure the customer's interests are protected.
Seize opportunities and make a difference every day with simplicity in the transport/logistics sector. Optimal customer satisfaction and loyalty is the goal.

Proven experience within the Transport Logistics or European Road Freight.
Preferably in the intermodal sector-great advantage.
