Logistics Administrator, Permanent Position, upto £25,000 dependent on experience.
Working day shift – Mon-Fri 8am-4:30pm

Our Client is a member of a World-leader in the manufacturing of systems, and components for commercial vehicles.
They are currently looking for an experienced Logistics Administrator,
This is a varied role which involves creating despatch labels on carrier websites, checking stock. Responsible for updating the orderbook to ensure goods despatched on time. Controlling the returns process and liaising with purchasing to ensure packing materials and consumables are readily available.
Key Duties
Raising and chasing work orders for warehouse and fitting shop
Administer all their logistics processes using SAP
Creating works orders to enable the warehouse and the fitting shop to carry out assemblies and stocking of kits
Checking stock & proactively managing safety stock levels
Creating web & carrier labels for the deliveries, pallets that need to be attached to all deliveries into their Parent Company.
Any other tasks deemed by the company to be necessary for the successful completion of the role
Adhere to stated policies and procedures relating to Health & Safety & quality management
Preferred Skills & experience
Have a hand's on approach, show initiative and be a team player
Good numeracy and PC skills (Excel spreadsheets, word, E-mail & WWW)
Good communication skills
Be able to organize, prioritize and manage workload
The ability to process technical information would be advantageous
