Salary: £25k basic salary, + £10k OTE

Junior Business Development Manager Package:
A competitive basic salary of £25k
Uncapped OTE but with a reasonable £10k target, taking total package in Y1 up to a potential £35k

Junior Business Development Manager Role:
Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company and their offering
Approach prospects over the phone, via email and through social selling
Build business relationships, schedule meetings and introduce the company and its services in these meetings
Rekindle dormant accounts and examine capacity for upsell with existing customers
Creatively prospect and work directly with clients
Support and learn from the CCO!
Junior Business Development Manager:
Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Comfortable in a target driven environment and an excellent relationship builder
