Interim HR Advisor

Job Overview

Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit an Interim HR Advisor for 9 months. This is a full time role based in Manchester.

The role will be delivering a high quality generalist HR Advisory and administration service to the business.

Key responsibilities include but not limited to:

·Deliver a diverse advisory and administration service which includes core HR life cycle activity and co-ordinate events and engagement activities.
·Support and advise managers to carry out absence management, disciplinaries, grievances and flexible working requests.
·Carry out inductions, probationary reviews and exit interviews.
·Act as the HR system and benefits portal champion.
·Support HR Policy/ Procedural reviews in accordance with legislative requirements and best practise.

We are looking for:

·Previous experience in a similar generalist role with experience supporting and advising on Employee Relations casework.
·CIPD qualified or relevant experience gained.
·Experience in the use of HR and E-Learning systems. Highly proficient in Microsoft office products.
·Strong MI, presentation and reporting skills.
