Morson are partnering with a leading Utilities business who are looking to recruit an Interim Communications Change Lead. My client is flexible on location for this role as most tasks can be completed from home. There could be occasional travel to other UK site if and when required.
This role will provide stakeholders and colleagues with effective and consistent communications and information about an important change programme. This role will develop a plan of communications and engagement to raise awareness, create excitement and build confidence and credibility surrounding the change project. You will be responsible for writing the narrative for this change project and manage internal engagement related to this project ensuring that all stakeholders understand the detail and timeline of changes. You will define and deliver all aspects of communications and media working closely with the project team supporting this project.
Suitable candidates will have a background of working in Communications Manager / Communications Lead type roles. You will be a strategic thinker and hands on communicator who ideally has managed employee change communication before. You will be an excellent communicator with a proven ability to communicate and position businesses positively and with thought leadership, delivering measurable impact
Candidates must have experience of managing and co-ordinating multiple programmes of activity simultaneously with strong stakeholder management (risk management/conflict management) You will also have extensive experience of employee communications – high profile campaigns delivering results and improving customer experience
This role is to be offered on a contract basis for a period of 6 months. The salary for this role is £50,000 – £65,000 pa and our client will be offering this contract on a PAYE basis or via an umbrella company. Candidates must be able to interview and start a new role at short notice
