Freedom Brokers have an exciting opportunity available for an Insurance Advisor to join our team based in Cheadle (with a view to being home based after 3 months). You will join us on a full time, permanent basis and in return you will receive a competitive salary of up to £21,000 per annum dependent on experience.

About the role:
As an Insurance Advisor, you'll be responsible for providing a high level of customer service for both new and existing customers in relation to their insurance policies. Your role will be predominantly inbound calls, although there will be some outbound calling also, to set up customer policies and the up selling of additional products in line with the customer’s requirements.
The initial induction & training program will be completed at our head office in Cheadle and following the successful completion there is a possibility to either work from home or office based.
Your responsibilities as our Insurance Advisor will include:
Providing a high level of customer service for both new and existing customers in relation to their insurance policies.
Taking inbound and outbound calls to set up a customer policies
Upselling of additional products in line with the customers’ requirements.

If you have a passion for customer service, love working in a team environment and have great communication skills, the role of Insurance Sales Advisor is perfect for you! To be considered for this role, you must have the following skills:
– A great telephone manner
– The confidence to deal with a broad range of customers
– First class communication skills
– Experience of working as part of a successful team
– Proven experience within the insurance sector would be highly beneficial but not essential
– Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
– Exceptional customer services skills
