Inside Sales Representative – Medical Solutions Division – Manchester/Remote – £39,000 – including OTE
As an Inside Sales Representative for Medical Solutions Division within the Health Care business group. You will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Sales generation and penetration of specific products
Delivery/ ownership of a defined sales quota
Performance against defined Key Performance Indictors
Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, field sales, marketing and technical support
Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimised
Essential Skills
Experience in inside sales or field sales with full sales cycle experience and proven track record for success
Enthusiastic, highly motivated self-starter with a challenger mindset
Knowledge in CRM system ((url removed)) and other sales acceleration tools
Excels at selling on the phone with good verbal & written communication skills
Experience of virtual selling via various platforms (Teams, Zoom) beneficial
Strong relationship building and networking skills with the ability to work in a team
Problem solving orientation with a high level of resilience
Analytical and data driven
