Job Title: In-house Recruiter
Location: Bolton, Head Office with possibility of flexible home working
Salary: £25,000- £30,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5 – Monday to Friday
Contract: Permanent
Are you an experienced recruiter, looking to develop your career within an in-house Resourcing Team?
We are looking for a confident, organised, self-motivated Recruiter to join our fantastic Resourcing team at Outcomes First Group.
As an In-house Recruiter, you will transform our approach to recruiting roles across our Adult Care and Clinical Wellbeing divisions. These roles vary from Adult Support Workers to Registered Managers on our adults division, to specialist clinical practitioners within our Wellbeing teams such as Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapists and Speech and Language Therapists.
This is a great opportunity to work as part of a team that are committed to providing our services with the best available talent who will help transform the lives of our children, young people and adults. You will be responsible for directly sourcing candidates within these divisions, using proactive approaches whilst also talent pooling, developing project plans and attending meetings with the Senior Leadership Team.
Our Group is growing rapidly, to support this growth you will use your recruitment skills to source candidates directly whilst also developing relationships with our Senior Leaders, supporting, guiding and advising whilst also managing expectations and providing regular feedback on market trends. You will act as a business partner, exercising judgement on the most effective recruitment strategies for campaigns and working with the Resourcing Manager and wider Resourcing team to define and agree recruitment project plans.
To be successful, you will be a confident communicator who is motivated, organised and intuitive. You will have previous experience in a similar role, whether that be within an in-house recruitment team or a proactive recruitment agency environment. This role is ideal for those who have worked in customer facing industries and have experience of a 360-recruitment role. This includes having the ability to take detailed vacancy briefings from hiring managers, write compelling job adverts and develop effective advertising strategies. It will then be your responsibility to help source suitable candidates and at times be involved shortlisting and interviewing with senior managers.
You will be quality focused, efficient, able to work at pace and motivated to help us become a market-leading in house recruitment team.
