Inbound Sales Executive

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Inbound Sales Executive to work for a market leading cosmetic surgery company based in Media City. Due business needs they are looking for a friendly and experienced customer service / sales advisor to join their growing team.

Your role will involve answering inbound calls from customers enquiring about surgical and non surgical procedures. You will provide first class customer service on every call, putting customers at ease at the start of their journey.

You will recieve a basic salary of £22,000 – OTE – £27,000 (uncapped commission)

Answer incoming enquiry calls
Outbound calling to follow up on web enquiries and reaching out to past customers
Booking appointments for consultations
Put customers at ease discussing potential treatments
Convert enquires into an appointment with an expert consultant or surgeon
Build rapport with customers, showing empathy with their situation and putting them at ease
Fact finding to understand all requirements and fully meet the customers' needs
Ensuring quality of appointments and customer attendanceSkills for the Inbound Sales Executive:

Experience working within a call centre or an office as a Sales, Customer Service, Contact Centre Advisor, Call Centre Advisor and Sales Consultant, Travel Consultant, Travel Advisor or similar
Proven track record achieving targets in a fast-paced environment
Desire to boost income through achieving targets and earning commission
