Job Overview

Role: Contact Centre Agent

Hours: 8:30am – 4:15pm / 11:30am – 7:15pm and then every other Saturday between 9am – 5pm.

Location: Cheadle

Rate: £9.74ph

My client are looking for confident and professional customer service advisors to join their team due to growth. This role will be working on-site for 1 month whilst training then you will have the option to work from home.

The role

Receive incoming calls from existing customers to add European cover to their plan
Receive incoming calls from new customers – setting up new policiesCompliance – DBS, Credit check and 2 year references will need to be obtained from all successful candidates

The successful candidate will be customer friendly and able to converse well over the phone and via email.
