DAYS BASED ROLE
HR Assistant required for a well established and stable manufacturer who supply to a range of markets. You will be supported within your role and as the company grows there will be opportunities to progress.
The role would suit applicants from ANY HR background. Applicants with CIPD qualifications will have a considerable advantage. You must have good communication and relationship building skills.
This is a brand new role where you will have autonomy and scope to put your own stamp on the position/department. You will be responsible for managing HR administration and act as a liaison between the employees and the directions/senior management team. You will be instrumental in implementing an appraisal and employee review system. You will insist with employee onboarding including contracts, staff handbook, recruitment support and employee inductions.
