Square Peg Associates is actively recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join a dynamic, forward thinking team. You will have a “firm but fair” approach to all aspects of HR and be able to work autonomously. The ideal HR Advisor will be hardworking, dedicated and flexible.

Job Description

* Reviewing existing HR policies and creating new policies whilst considering implementing further company benefits if deemed appropriate

* Managing all aspects of recruitment

* Responsible for maintaining Personnel files

* Updating the employee handbook and keep abreast of employment law, policies and procedures

* Monitoring sickness and holidays and reporting to the Senior Management team

* Administering Payroll, Pensions, Insurances, Company expenses and company benefits

Personal Specification:

* Hands on experience in a HR environment required

* Good knowledge of current employment law

* Able to communicate at all levels

* Approachable with excellent organisational and communication skills

* A natural people person / motivator
