Head of eCommerce

Job Overview

Zachary Daniels Recruitment are working with a high performing online business, on the appointment of a Head of eCommerce to lead the business through their continued growth.

Within this role you will be accountable for defining, driving and delivering high performance and excellence throughout all aspects of eCommerce. You will build an engaging digital shopping environment that excites customers and delivers and exceeds business objectives.

You will be highly analytical in your approach as you assume responsibilities for the following areas:

Full P&L responsibility for the UK website

Build proactive relationships with suppliers and partners to ensure commercial opportunities are maximised, conducting regular reviews to monitor performance

Ensure websites meet and exceed customer expectations and are fully optimised to deliver maximum order conversion rates (CRO)

Ensure all processes are effective, eliminating inefficiencies and automating tasks

Build and maintain exceptional relationships cross functionally, including Buying/Supply Chain and the wider Marketing team
Maintain a high degree of personal eCommerce knowledge and awareness, identifying and acting upon latest trends
Coach and inspire the eCommerce team, developing high performing individuals
About you:

You will be data driven with strong D2C experience
Strong knowledge of PPC, SEO and Social
Strong leadership skills, leading by example and not afraid to get your hands dirty
An appreciation for working in a fast paced, ambitious business
