Your role will be to create and develop the relationships and partnerships they need to ensure they meet their regeneration and development objectives, priorities and targets.
You will lead the Growth and Partnership Team in delivering complex place based regeneration including an existing major regeneration programme.
You will also lead on option appraisals, tenders and funding bids.
You will have strong commercial, analytical and project leadership skills to support them in delivering innovative, quality and sustainable developments that provide value for money and meet all their standards and aspirations.
You will be tenacious in pursuing opportunities and excellence and committed to connecting with colleagues and involving customers throughout every stage.
The ideal candidate will have a relevant professional qualification and/or senior management experience in the housing field. A confident communicator, you will have experience of, and be comfortable working directly with the senior management team. You will have proven success in the management of existing stakeholder and developer relationships and promotion of new partnerships and networks,
