Graduate Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Job Overview

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join one of the most respected Construction Consultancies in the North of England. The vacancy is within their successful Infrastructure team providing support to the Associate Director

They have been commissioned to set-up up a PMO on behalf of a Local Authority and are tasked with looking at ways to deliver projects, providing advice and guidance on reporting tools, programmes, cost, and risk.


* Setting up templates

* Set up process flow charts

* Reading, reviewing, and sensor checking cost plans


* Achieved or working towards RICS accredited degree, or graduate who is enrolled to become chartered.

* Contract admin experience NEC

* Experience within Infrastructure would be beneficial but not essential

* Excel (does not need to be advanced level) and all other Microsoft packages such as PowerPoint for producing process charts

* Personable skills as role will require stakeholder engagement, keen and eager to develop their skills
