Graduate Business Development Executive Role:
Obtain a thorough working knowledge of the company’s offering and marketplace
Liaise closely with and learn from the Sales Manager, in order to drive business growth, through generating and nurturing leads – working to support your manager in closing deals
Look after existing clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and that you get the best out of accounts already on the books
Perform regular prospect and client outreach – over the phone and in-person, supporting the Sales Manager in scheduling meetings and winning deals
Engage directly with clients, virtually and on a face to face basis, negotiating and closing business as you become more comfortable in the role
Graduate Business Development Executive:
Educated to degree level
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels of seniority
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Relationship led, when networking you’ll be in your comfort zone
Able to articulate complex solutions and concepts to prospects and customers
