As a Graduate Business Development Executive, you’ll look to obtain a thorough knowledge of the company and its services. The successful candidate will obtain a thorough knowledge of the business, developing a familiarity with the sales cycle from open through to close. The successful candidate will prospect potential clients, contacting them via LinkedIn, email and over the phone. Once you have a grounding in speaking and engaging with clients, you’ll win new business and build business relationships in order to create your own pipeline.

Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the company’s services and develop a familiarity with the entire sales cycle
Contact prospective clients via LinkedIn, email and the phone
Once you have attained the necessary experience in engaging with clients in this way, begin to manage business relationships by retaining oversight of your own account base
Identify key decision makers and articulate the benefits of the client using strong consultative skills and negotiate with clients
Educated to degree level
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
