Job Overview
We have a great opportunity for a quantity surveyor to join this hugely respected medium sized main contractor based in Manchester. Due to a sudden increase in work load they need the support of another QS to help with various contracts, some pre contract some post contract, all JCT housing or mixed use of around the £5million – £20million value.
The initial contract will be for around 3 months, but this could be extended if the work is there. This is a great place to work, very progressive and forward thinking, and it would be possible for some of your work to be completed at home too, if that was something you were keen to do.
This role would also suit someone that is looking for a permanent role, but finds themselves not working currently.
