Family Support Worker – Wigan Council – Start Well Team
Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting an experienced Family Support worker on behalf of Wigan Councils Start Well Locality Team to work with both Children and their families.
You will support children and families using the Early Help framework, completing assessment, plans, reviews and direct work.
Currently remote working with elements of working from home and in the community.
