Job Title: Experienced In-house Recruitment Resourcer (Contract or temp-to-perm)

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced, highly motivated and dynamic Recruiter who has an excellent reputation for delivering a first-class recruitment service working on roles at all levels in UK and Europe.
The ideal candidate must be able to build credible, respectful partnerships with Hiring Managers, Recruitment contacts to achieve strong short-lists of the most talented candidates in the market and meet hiring deadlines.
At least 4+ years of sourcing/recruitment experience with expertise in a variety of sourcing techniques and strategies to find 'top talent' is essential
Experience of building positive relationships built on trust and expertise with all stakeholders across the business
Creatively and effectively source, pre-screen and identify highly qualified candidates for a broad range of positions and job levels.
Must be an experienced recruiter with an eye for talent, enjoy connecting with people and delivering an excellent service from start to finish.
Highly organised and detailed individual with an exception professional manner,
Excellent communicator and have a positive upbeat manner.
The ability to lead on recruitment, manage a number of roles at one time, deliver an excellent service to the Hiring Manager and the candidates
Tenacious and capable of using knowledge, expertise, social media, Linked in, and all resourcing techniques to identify, uncover exceptional candidates and uncover passive candidates.
Experience of head-hunting, writing adverts, identifying talent pools, using job boards, all available recruitment/resourcing techniques, networking, for searching etc.
