2 x Experience Designers required by a rapidly growing, quality driven software house based in the North.
Your new role …
You'll be joining a team of designers, where you will work with a range of design techniques (wireframing, sketching, prototyping) to deliver the best possible outcome for the client. You will be involved in the research behind the scenes so you will need previous experience with quantitative and qualitive data interpretation.
You will present your work to both clients as well as participating in design reviews with the rest of the team where you will provide the rationale behind your design decisions.
Ideally, you'll be a creative, passionate, and smart designer who, ideally, either comes from an agency background or is used to being hands on with lots of projects all at once!
Aside from that, you should have a good attitude, professional manner and have a proven track record of planning, time management and meeting deadlines.
Experience with Sketch, InVision, Photoshop or similar would be a bonus, as would any familiarity with any Prototyping tools.
Your new company …
With a strong market position and after a recent acquisition, this international software house hold quality in the highest regard spending thousands every year investing in their people, having more MVPs working under their brand than anyone else in the UK, which means you will literally be learning from the best.
You will be given every opportunity to learn, not only from your new work family, with them offering a personal training budget which you can put towards your own certification.
Salary & location …
The salary is pretty flexible for the right person, but that doesn't help you, so roughly speaking anything between £32,000 – £45,000, but the right person might be slightly more expensive but ticking every box.
Location – well, from home just now. Going forward, this role will be remote with the occasional commute to their Manchester or Leeds office- whichever suits!
