Our client is a long established distributor within the wholesale building trade. Due to continued expansion, a vacancy has arisen for a Customer Service Sales Advisor to join their busy team.
Duties will include:
* Taking calls from existing customers
* Handling customer sales enquiries in a professional, friendly and positive manner
* Processing customer sales orders
* Building successful customer relationships
* Ensuring deadlines are met
* Dealing with any issues which may arise in an efficient manner
* Assisting on Trade counter during busy times as required
Experience and skills required:
* Previous customer service/sales order processing experience preferably within the building merchant and wholesalers industry (eg, timber, plumbing, tile merchants etc) or experience in another industry which involves the sale of 1000s of product lines such as car parts, electronic components etc.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
